What an energetic morning!👟🎗️ On October 12, 88 teammates from our Chanteloup and Bussy warehouses joined the Pinktober Charity Walk in Serris. 👕 As partners, we supported the event with t-shirts for more than 500 participant. Every participation fee and donation went directly to ASOR, the local association supporting oncology patients at the Grand Hôpital de l’Est Francilien. Welcome to our new ASPIRE Trainee Cohort 2025! This week, the kick-off event of our ASPIRE Trainee Program took place in Gütersloh. The program is designed to develop young talents and build a strong pipeline for our future management roles — supporting our growth and international expansion. We are excited to welcome 17 new trainees to the program this year! They are starting in various tracks: 🤝 Key Account Management / Solution Design 📦 Logistics Management 🚚 Transport Management ⚙️ Logistics Engineering 🧩 BPM & SAP Key User 💻 Data & IT The focus of the event was on networking and getting first insights into the Arvato world. During a warehouse tour and several presentations — including inspiring talks by our CIO Jens Winter and CHRO Linda Coughlan (She/her) — our trainees had the opportunity to get to know the company divisions, functions, and departments, while connecting with many new colleagues. To round off the day, they took on an exciting Escape Room challenge and enjoyed a relaxed dinner with their future mentors. From Quality to Construction: Meet James, our cross-functional Senior Project Manager! 🚧📊 Over the past six years at Arvato in the UK, James has continuously stepped up to new challenges — from Quality Assurance and Key Account Management to his current role as Senior Project Manager. And no two days are the same. What excites James most is the variety his role offers. As part of the central support function, he works across different verticals, industries, and stakeholders — handling planning, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and reporting. His current assignment? Leading the demolition and construction of the Corby site — a highly complex infrastructure project involving multiple contractors and high stakes. 🏗️ “It’s a step outside the usual client implementations,” he says. “But the team’s deep experience in their respective fields makes the work exciting and manageable.” James is also proud of how far he’s come: in just a few years, he’s grown through several roles and keeps pushing for more — always eager to work outside his comfort zone and develop his leadership skills. 💪 For him, “We're on it” isn’t just a phrase — it’s about accountability, responsiveness, and helping Arvato deliver exceptional service through every challenge. #arvato #wereonit #projectmanagement #leadership #careerjourney #teamwork
