𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧’𝗦 𝗔 𝗪𝗥𝗔𝗣 – the ASIS Benelux Fall Meeting 2025 This year’s theme Rethinking Resilience truly resonated. With a full house, strong expertise in the room and meaningful dialogue throughout, this was one of our most impactful editions to date. We were delighted to welcome our colleagues from VBN Vereniging Beveiligingsprofessionals Nederland for the first time outside the traditional New Year’s reception – an important step toward deeper collaboration within the security community. The program opened on Wednesday evening with a strategic briefing by the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, providing a realistic and concise view of today’s evolving threat landscape. No fear-driven narrative, but clear and applicable insights for security leaders. The evening concluded with a network reception and walking dinner, where many strong conversations, new connections and shared perspectives emerged. On Thursday, we continued at The Colour Kitchen B.V., where Bartel Geleijnse shared the inspiring mission behind this social enterprise. His message made one thing clear: resilience is not only organisational – it is also human, social and ethical. Our keynote contributors — Paul Van Tigchelt, Jaap Donker, Khalid Benhaddou — each brought a powerful and relevant perspective on resilience. From national security and operational readiness to social cohesion and leadership in complex times, they delivered substance over slogans and left us with new angles to think and act on. This Fall Meeting would not have been possible without the dedication and teamwork of Nele EykensRuud Hikspoors, APP – Ric te Vaanholt CPP CISM – Paul Robrechts. Your commitment to high-quality content and meaningful connection truly made the difference. The first preparations for the 2026 ASIS Benelux Fall Meeting are already underway. You're a member and have ideas for themes, cases or speakers? Let us know! And don’t miss the next major security event in our region: ASIS Europe - From Risk to Resilience 2026 in Antwerp. Registration is now open!
