My first fight in a boxing ring 🥊 – and a great recognition for chunkx and our team: When I went to the #PitchBoxing event by FUTUR X GmbH and InsurLab Germany e.V. at VGH Versicherungen in #Hannover, I didn’t think much about the “boxing” part. I assumed I’d just present chunkx, answer a few questions, and show how we help the insurance industry boost performance, save time and cut costs. Well, it turned out that the “normal” pitch actually took place in a boxing ring. Perfectly moderated by Nadine Torchiaro with Robert Richstein as sidekick and Hajo Knoche managing the tech, 8 startups stepped into the ring, pitched, and got grilled by the audience afterwards. Luckily, since we’ve all built mature products, we could handle the critical questions quite well. Thanks to the highly engaged audience and the sharp questions, for example from Jens Steven, Olaf Lietzau, and Steven Masala! Surrounded by such great solutions like VidLab7, presented by Jonas Klank, and inca, presented by Philip Nag, I was especially proud that chunkx was chosen as the winner – and I got to take home the champion’s gloves 🏆.
