Doing #lastmile logistics the Dutch way, from CTPark Amsterdam City 🧡 In this globalised world, there's something uniquely special about becoming more "at home" in your home country. Just over half a year ago, Heineken strengthened its local roots by moving into CTPark Amsterdam City to better serve the hometown market in Amsterdam and the surrounding area. Keeping up with the #Parkmakers in the month of July… six snapshots from across the map: 🥇AT | In this year's company-wide Walkathon, CTP Austria proved that their small team has big strides and claimed first place. They chose to donate their prize money to Children’s Cancer Aid Vienna. 🏃➡️ CN | Dušan Skuban, Maria Zheng and Jovan Dobric made excellent strides to keep up with business opportunities at a recent conference, on and off the red carpet. 🎶 CZ | For the third year, CTP proudly supported Colours Without Barriers, making Colours of Ostrava accessible to all. Over 930 visitors with disabilities enjoyed the festival this year, thanks to interpretation, accessible zones, and great volunteers, including our own Petra Pivovarová and Kateřina Camerino! 😎 BG | We hustle hard in our offices, but we also like to stay connected with our parks. CTP Bulgaria proved this by visiting five CTParks in one day: CTPark Sofia, Sofia East, Sofia West, Sofia Airport, and Sofia Ring Road. 🌏 INT | We were proud to join the Czech National Day celebrations at the Czech National Pavilion at EXPO 2025 Osaka, attended by the Czech President. At Daisue Hall, our Group Client Relationship Director, Bert Hesselink, emphasised the importance of Czechia’s active role and collaboration on the world stage. 🏗️ Construction Diaries: Making the perfect space for Zoomlion Things are getting electric at CTPark Tatabánya! We're installing over 80 km of cables and 16 km of cable trays to power Zoomlion's production lines. 🔌 The electrical installation will deliver 2.3 MW of power to meet their current needs. Plus, we’re also preparing an additional 2.7 MW of reserve capacity to support future growth. This facility will help the Chinese manufacturing giant expand in the European market, and we're proud they chose to do so with us. 🤝 It includes 20,000 sqm of brand-new space for testing, along with an adjacent 35,000 sqm of existing space that we’re now fitting out. #BtS #Zoomlion #ConstructionDiaries #Week4 #ByCTP

We're taking logistics and industrial space to a new—second-story level—with the Czech Republic's first 'double-decker' warehouse. 🏗️ This project is an answer to a challenge every city faces today: space optimisation while also addressing other sustainability challenges, such as reduced transport emissions and energy and material efficiency. ✅ Taking lessons learnt from CTP's double-story warehouse in Amsterdam, this project is on track to be completed before the end of this year at CTPark Brno Líšeň, a brownfield transformation site. It will offer almost 50,000 sqm of flexible space for production, logistics and services. Břetislav Štefan, Mayor of the Brno-Líšeň district: 💬 “Brno has a number of industrial areas awaiting new purpose. In Brno Líšeň, one of them is being transformed in a way that combines modern construction, sustainability, and respect for the history of the place. We appreciate the fact that the project also provides for public space, a cycle path, and community facilities. CTP's ambitious growth goals are right on track. 🚀 Our team is pleased to announce we have signed a €500 million 5-year syndicated unsecured sustainability-linked term loan at an all-in fixed cost of 3.7% from a group of 13 banks, both European and Asian. The move was met by very high demand, having been over 2x oversubscribed. 📈 The facility will be primarily used to refinance the syndicated loan executed in 2023, allowing CTP to achieve material interest savings and reduce the overall cost of debt. Thank you to the parties involved: SMBC Group, ING, White & Case LLP, and Clifford Chance—and, of course, our brilliant team including Richard Wilkinson, Maarten Otte, CFA, Pavel Švihálek, Mariana Machátová and Arno van Hummel.
