🇸🇪 DiGi-SEII Project: Sweden Perspective Swedish SEs are experimenting with digital tools, but adoption is uneven. The DiGi-SEII report finds that only 3 out of 10 organisations are digitally mature; most still rely on fragmented and ad hoc tools. Barriers include: lack of time, financial and human resources, and internal digital skills. Key recommendations: ✅ Tailored training programs based on digital maturity ✅ Hands-on, project-based learning ✅ Pooling digital tools and resources across networks ✅ Long-term support and funding to sustain digitalisation Digitalisation is not an end in itself - it’s a lever for organisational resilience, innovation, and social impact. 📌 Explore the full report: https://lnkd.in/df3PgPe6 📌 Learn more: https://lnkd.in/dcC_HR3F Reach for Change ScaleChanger ESSEC Business School Social Economy Ukraine 28DIGITAL Sociale InnovatieFabriek Nilüfer Sosyal Girişimcilik Merkezi hannoverimpuls GmbH Provincie Antwerpen Glocal Factory T-hap knowl Social Enterprise for Education and Lifelong Learning Educational Association of Athens 'HFAISTOS' CEP University of Thessaly ImpactCity
