Florent advised Alderan, acting on behalf of its open-ended fund SCPI Comète, on the successful acquisition of a commercial property located at Einsteinstraat 1 in Veenendaal, the Netherlands. The property concerns a retail complex and comprises approximately 18,500 square meters, including 275 parking spaces. The property is leased on a long-term basis to Eijerkamp. We are proud to once again have acted as legal partner to Alderan, alongside BNP Paribas Real Estate (commercial), APF International (commercial), Svalner Atlas | Netherlands (tax), Ausems Vastgoed B.V. From 9 to 12 October 2025, Florent will attend the INSOL Europe Annual Congress in Vienna, Austria. Under the theme “A Waltz Through Insolvency: Lessons from the Past, Steps into the Future”, this congress offers a great platform to exchange insights on European insolvency law, addressing both current challenges and future perspectives.
