    When was the last time you thought about making a payment? Chances are, you didn’t. Unless it didn’t work. That’s the paradox of payments: they’re meant to be invisible, enabling our lives without interruption. At XPP, we make this invisibility possible.     Austrian Post International Deutschland GmbH has modernised its self-service document services with XPP. The old system was slow, relied on coins, and offered limited functionality. Customers were frustrated, and staff spent too much time dealing with disruptions. 💡 By partnering with XPP's KUARIO, they transformed outdated copiers into modern multifunction kiosks that integrate with mobile devices, cloud storage and cashless payments. Real-time cloud management gave them better oversight and reduced operational headaches. The results have been remarkable. With fewer devices in fewer branches, Austrian Post grew revenue by 72 per cent, shifted customer behaviour towards higher-value services like printing and scanning, and made 75 per cent of all transactions cashless. This is a great example of how the right technology can turn an operational challenge into a competitive advantage.
