Richard Rushby, op een fijne samenwerking. 🥂 Vorige week zat ik ook aan tafel met mensen die dezelfde uitdaging voelen: 🔍 Hoe zorgen we dat we het juiste talent vinden, hoe verbinden we dat talent met scale-ups, kennis en investeerders – hier én in Europa, zodat we groei en innovatie kunnen versnellen? Met Niels Palmers (NV NOM) sprak ik over de kracht van het Founding- en Scale-up team, helemaal top Niels, hoe jij met de TAEM.io data over Founding teams scherpe analyses maakt. Met Bart Beima spraken Schelte Meinsma en ik over #humancapital en versnelling in de de topsector #energie en #AI. En met het team van Bas Baalmans over de skills in #cybersecurity die nu al schaars zijn. Wat me hoop geeft? Onze hacketons die de komende 3 jaar een magneet zijn voor talent én de samenwerking met universiteiten en bedrijven in #Valencia en #Alicante, waar (nog onbekend) #talent in o.a. de Cybersecurity en AI rondlopen. Talent en bedrijven klaarstomen voor de toekomst, dat #doe je samen! In dat kader waren Schelte Meinsma en ik ook nog bij een van onze leukere klanten FLOW!
