With a deep understanding of organizational development, workforce planning, and change management, Sinan is well-equipped to support RIFF’s continued growth and transformation. In his new role as CHRO, he will focus on aligning talent with opportunity, cultivating a dynamic, future-ready workforce, and strengthening RIFF’s culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning. Sinan will lead the HR and Recruitment teams in designing people-first strategies that not only attract top talent but also foster engagement, retention, and professional development.
Eline has consistently been at the forefront of digital innovation and transformation. With a strong track record of driving change across industries, Eline brings a unique combination of technical acumen, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of how digital technologies can reshape business models, operations, and customer experiences. Whether it’s leveraging data, integrating AI, or leading large-scale transformation programs, Eline doesn't just follow trends—she helps to define them. As CDO, Eline is driving RIFF’s Digital & Innovation team forward, overseeing the development of three new digital products and a portfolio of transformative projects.
