The printed version of the "State Law Gazette" (Liechtensteinisches Landesgesetzblatt) was legally binding until 31 December 2012. Since 1 January 2013 the online edition at www.gesetze.li/chrono/suche has been legally binding in its authentic edition (signed PDF/A), at the same time the publication of the printed version ceased.
(Referring to issues of the State Law Gazette prior to 1 January 2013 the printed version is still the legally binding one.)
The "State Law Gazette" (Landesgesetzblatt) covers all sorts of legislation (laws, ordinances, notices, treaties …) according to "Publications Act" (Kundmachungsgesetz), see legal basis below.

The measures to guarantee the integrity of the workflow and the authenticity of the (electronically) published text include a chain of trust. An electronic signature and SSL are used, according to article 9 "Publications Act" (Kundmachungsgesetz); several copies of the electronic documents are made.
Backup copies of each signed "State Law Gazette" (Landesgesetzblatt) are being filed by the state archive, see Article 9 "Promulgation Act" (Kundmachungsgesetz)
There is no single integrated electronic workflow-System. Drafts resp. acts enacted are being exchanged internally in MS-Word, as docx, and published by the Government Legal Services on http://www.gesetze.li as signed PDF/A resp. html.
