He spoke on “Lessons from a Decade of CPEC Execution,” reflecting on the achievements and lessons learned from infrastructure-led development strategies — emphasizing that cooperation, close coordination, consistency, and connectivity, along with political stability, policy continuity, and security, are vital for sustainable progress.
