Job Overview:

Our client, a leading player in the architectural coatings industry, is in the midst of a PriceFx implementation and is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with knowledge of pricing systems or PriceFx itself to join their growing team. This role is critical to driving the next phase of implementation and ensuring seamless integration between business requirements and technical solutions!

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in a business analysis capacity
• proven pricing project experience with measurable outcomes
• strong background in commercial excellence initiatives
• exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building roadmaps, gathering requirements, driving user stories, etc.

Nice to Have:

• Prior PriceFx implementation experience
• Knowledge of the PriceFx platform
• Industry exposure to paint or coatings companies
• Familiarity with CPQ solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Lead and participate in implementation roadmap meetings, collaborating closely with business stakeholders
• Collect and validate business requirements, schedule and facilitate sessions with end users
• Support Agile/Scrum processes, including backlog refinement, user story creation, and sprint planning
• Drive the next phase of PriceFx Implementation, focusing on agreements, promotions, and quotes
• Manage list price updates, rebate structures, and ensure harmonization across ERP systems
• Collaborate with multiple ERP owners to guarantee integration meets business needs
