Please don’t use American sounding/AI/ overdramatized voices to read the news. That is not why I listen to/trust the BBC. I was off put by the voice of the newsreader on the 16th Sept. It sounds artificial and was ill presented. The news is tense enough. I had to switch off.

I used to love BBC. Listened for 15 years and just feels really biased now. Unfollowed and took off subscription. Maybe I’ll try Reuters. Maybe I’ll try again in a couple of years but if anyone from your company reads this just report the facts please. Just seems like I get opinions now.

I’m very disappointed. I’m used to BBC bias, but this story was over the top. For instance, the $16 Paramount paid did not go to Trump; it was for legal fees with the rest going to the Trump library—no mention of that in your story. You also didn’t mention that Colbert’s show loses $40M/year (almost 30 million pounds). Can you think of another TV show that loses that much? Again, very disappointing

Appreciate your thoughtful coverage of Mr Kirk’s assignation. The anger you discussed comes from those who called him fascist, those who said he was taking away rights, or ending democracy. I hope the media will begin to call out those politicians and media who created this environment with their words of threat to democracy- a man speaking at a free outdoor event with no car burnings or mobs is no threat but he has been demonized and that must be called out or they will continue. Those politicians have the right to say it but the media must ask, is this true? Does this politician really mean to say they are ending democracy? Even politicians are prohibited from yelling fire in a movie theater but this is what some have been doing for the past 2 years. Another sad day for young people. Sad for the Kirk family.
