The opening keynote, held in São Paulo and broadcast live to hundreds of employees across the country, addressed the topic “Hacking Minds: The Secrets of Social Engineering.” Our Director of GRC, Innovation and New Business, George Chaves, led a deep dive into the tactics and emotional triggers used by cybercriminals to exploit the most vulnerable link in security: the human factor. Through real-life stories, practical demonstrations, and reflections on the data underground, we reinforced that protection goes far beyond technology, it’s also about behavior, awareness, and digital culture. We thank the Serasa Experian team for the invitation, the engagement, and the genuine exchange of knowledge throughout the session.
