شارك سعادة السيد محمد بن علي المناعي، وزير الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، في ملتقى خريجي مؤسسة قطر السنوي لعام 2025، حيث كان المتحدث الرئيس في الجلسة الحوارية «استكشاف المشهد الرقمي» التي تناولت مستقبل التعليم والقيادة وتنمية المهارات الرقمية. وخلال الجلسة، أكد سعادة الوزير أن التحول الرقمي مشروع وطني يقوده الإنسان قبل الأدوات، ويعتمد على بناء القدرات والمعرفة. كما شدد على أهمية الاستثمار في الشباب باعتبارهم المحرك الأساسي لمسيرة التحول الرقمي، مشيرًا إلى أن رأس المال البشري، ولا سيما الشباب، هو القوة الدافعة لمسيرة التحول الرقمي في دولة قطر. وفي حديثه عن التعليم، أشار إلى أن التعليم ليس مرحلة مؤقتة، بل نهج تفكير يقوم على البحث عن الحلول بدلاً من الاكتفاء بالإجابات الجاهزة. واختتم سعادته الحديث بالتأكيد على الإطار الاستراتيجي الذي يقود جهود التحول الرقمي في الدولة، موضحًا أن الأجندة الرقمية 2030 ورؤية قطر الوطنية 2030 تشكلان الإطار الاستراتيجي لبناء اقتصاد رقمي مستدام قائم على المعرفة والابتكار والمواهب الوطنية. His Excellency Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, participated in the Qatar Foundation Annual Alumni Forum 2025, where he spoke during the panel discussion titled “Exploring the Digital Landscape”, which focused on the future of education, leadership, and digital skills development. During the session, HE Al Mannai emphasized that digital transformation is a national endeavor driven by people before tools, relying on capacity building and knowledge. He highlighted the pivotal role of youth in this journey, stating that human capital, especially youth, is the driving force of Qatar’s digital transformation journey. On education, he remarked that it is not a temporary phase, but a mindset centered on seeking solutions rather than settling for ready-made answers. He concluded by reaffirming the strategic framework guiding Qatar’s digital future, noting that Qatar’s Digital Agenda 2030 and National Vision 2030 form the strategic framework for a sustainable digital economy rooted in knowledge, innovation, and national talent.

في إطار دعم تنفيذ مشروع تخطيط وإدارة الموارد الحكومية، شارك أعضاء لجنة التسيير في مؤتمر أوراكل للذكاء الاصطناعي 2025 الذي عُقد في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، بمشاركة نخبة من الخبراء وصنّاع القرار من مختلف دول العالم. تهدف المشاركة إلى الاطلاع على أحدث التطبيقات والتجارب الدولية في مجال أنظمة الموارد البشرية والمالية وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والحوسبة السحابية وتحليل البيانات الضخمة مما يسهم في تعزيز التحول الرقمي الحكومي وتوحيد الأنظمة الوطنية بين الجهات الحكومية في دولة قطر. وتجسّد هذه المشاركة رؤية الدولة في تطوير منظومة الخدمات الحكومية الرقمية من خلال توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لبناء حكومة متكاملة تُدار بالبيانات وتعتمد على الابتكار في تصميم الخدمات وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية. ويُعد المشروع إحدى المبادرات الوطنية المشتركة بين وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ووزارة المالية وديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي، ويهدف إلى توحيد أنظمة إدارة الموارد البشرية والمالية عبر بنية رقمية ذكية ومستدامة. As part of efforts to advance the Unified Government Resources Planning (UGRP) Project, members of the Steering Committee participated in the Oracle AI world 2025 in the United States, which brought together leading experts and decision-makers from across the globe. The committee’s participation focused on exploring emerging innovations and global best practices in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and big data analytics, supporting Qatar’s ongoing journey toward digital government transformation across public entities. This participation underscores Qatar’s vision to establish a fully integrated digital government services ecosystem, harnessing AI technologies and data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reimagine service delivery, and foster innovation within the public sector. The project represents a collaborative national initiative led by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, in partnership with the Ministry of Finance and the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, aiming to unify human resources and financial resource management systems under a smart, sustainable, and cohesive digital infrastructure.

أعلنت وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، خلال مؤتمر صحفي مشترك مع وزارة التجارة والصناعة، وبنك قطر للتنمية، ومجلس قطر للبحوث والتطوير والابتكار، ووكالة ترويج الاستثمار في قطر، عن إطلاق شراكة استراتيجية ضمن برنامجها "واصل". تجسّد هذه الشراكة التزاماً وطنياً مشتركاً بدعم نمو الشركات القطرية الواعدة وتعزيز قدرتها التنافسية عالمياً، بما يتماشى مع أهداف الأجندة الرقمية 2030 ورؤية قطر الوطنية 2030. وتهدف الشراكة إلى تمكين الدفعة المقبلة من الشركات القطرية ضمن برنامج “واصل”، وفق معايير الابتكار والاستدامة والأثر الاقتصادي، إلى جانب توحيد الجهود الوطنية لتوسيع نطاق الدعم المالي والإرشادي، بما يضمن استدامة نمو الشركات وتعزيز حضورها الإقليمي والدولي. The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, in a joint press conference with وزارة التجارة والصناعة Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Qatar Development Bank (QDB), Qatar Research, Development and Innovation (QRDI) Council, and Invest Qatar, announced a strategic partnership under its Scale Now program. This partnership reflects a shared national commitment to supporting the growth of promising Qatari companies and enhancing their global competitiveness, in alignment with the objectives of the Digital Agenda 2030 and Qatar National Vision 2030. The partnership aims to empower the next cohort of Qatari companies under the Scale Now program, based on criteria of innovation, sustainability, and economic impact. It also seeks to align national efforts to activating it financing and mentorship support, ensuring the sustainable growth of these companies and strengthening their regional and global presence.

اجتمع سعادة السيد محمد بن علي المناعي، وزير الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، مع سعادة السيد إيفان سولومون، وزير الذكاء الاصطناعي والابتكار الرقمي والوزير المسؤول عن الوكالة الفيدرالية للتنمية الاقتصادية لجنوب أونتاريو، اليوم الموافق 15 أكتوبر 2025، لبحث سبل تعزيز التعاون الثنائي في مجالات الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، والابتكار والتحول الرقمي. وخلال اللقاء، أكد الوزيران على عمق العلاقات الثنائية التي تربط بين دولة قطر وكندا لأكثر من خمسين عاماً، وأشادا بالتقدم المحرز في مجالات التعاون المشتركة. كما ناقش الجانبان فرص التعاون في مجالات الحوسبة الفائقة وتبادل الخبرات في مجال البنية التحتية الرقمية، والذكاء الاصطناعي بما يشمل تطوير الكفاءات الوطنية وتبادل الخبرات في هذا المجال الحيوي. واتفق الجانبان على المضي قدماً في إعداد مذكرة تفاهم لتعزيز التعاون المشترك خلال المرحلة المقبلة، بما يخدم الشراكة الرقمية بين البلدين، ويُسهم في تحقيق الأهداف المشتركة. His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, met today, October 15, 2025, with His Excellency Mr. Evan Solomon, Canada’s Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation and Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, to discuss ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in Communications and Information Technology and Innovation and Digital transformation. During the meeting, the Ministers reaffirmed the strong bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and Canada, which span more than fifty years. They praised the progress achieved in areas of mutual collaboration. They discussed opportunities for cooperation in high-performance computing (HPC), the exchange of expertise in digital infrastructure, and artificial intelligence (AI), including the development of national talent and knowledge sharing in this vital field. Both sides agreed to move forward with finalizing a Memorandum of Understanding that will provide a framework for future collaboration, further strengthening the digital partnership between Qatar and Canada, and advancing their shared goals.

In Phase Three of the "Scale Now" program, startups move from strategy to execution. This stage empowers entrepreneurs by validating their solutions through applied projects with industry partners, unlocking new business opportunities, and strengthening investment readiness. في إطار حرص وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات على ترسيخ ثقافة إدارة المخاطر المؤسسية، نظمت إدارة التخطيط والجودة والابتكار ورشة توعوية بعنوان "كلنا مسؤول"، بهدف تعزيز مفهوم المسؤولية المشتركة في بيئة العمل، وتوعية الموظفين حول إدارة المخاطر المؤسسية، وقد شارك في الورشة عدد من مدراء إدارات الوزارة وممثلي ديوان المحاسبة إلى جانب عدد من الموظفين. As part of its commitment to fostering a culture of enterprise risk management, the planning, quality, and innovation department organized an awareness workshop entitled “We Are All Responsible.” The workshop aimed to strengthen the concept of shared responsibility within the workplace and raise staff awareness on enterprise risk management. It brought together a number of MCIT directors, representatives from the State Audit Bureau, as well as MCIT employees.
