GP 限制使用资源模式：资源组及资源队列

GP 限制使用资源有2种模式：资源组及资源队列，这两种差异如下：

GP资源组使用Linux cgroups管理CPU资源。GP同样也使用cgroups管理外部组件内存资源;
GP安装后，默认使用资源队列，为了启用资源组，必须设置gp_resource_manager配置参数。
