#upbcampus Check out our – Smart and Autonomous Systems Lab, coordinated by Prof. Grigore Cican – latest research on the influence of an ejector nozzle on the performance and transient behavior of a micro turbojet engine. This study investigates how an ejector impacts thrust, fuel efficiency, and engine stability during startup, rapid acceleration, and deceleration. Using experimental testing on a JetCat P80 micro engine with and without an ejector at two ambient temperatures (11 °C and 22 °C), the research measured thrust, fuel flow, airflow rate, compressor pressure ratio, and combustion chamber temperature. See “Micro Turbojet Engine Nozzle Ejector Impact on the Performance and Transient Regimes Analysis”, V. Silivestru, G. Cican, T. F. Frigioescu, G.l Badea, M. #upbcampus We were happy to host the Board of European Students of Technology International Board Meeting, which defined the organization’s strategy for the upcoming year. The working sessions brought together board members in a collaborative environment, equipped with the tools and space needed to design impactful directions for the future. BEST is a global network that unites numerous local groups, coordinated by an international leadership team focused on driving the organization’s progress and evolution. This team, made up of volunteers from different countries, gathered this year in Bucharest at the CAMPUS Research Institute to plan and define the strategic directions for the year ahead. Students from Universitatea POLITEHNICA din București are constantly present in the association, being the promoters and organizers of many skill developing events that are offered freely to the community. This is a huge help in shaping the future generation of leaders, considering not only the technological skills but also the very important soft skills and human interaction. This gathering was an excellent opportunity to align priorities, and strengthen our shared commitment to advancing our goal — empowering students across Europe by connecting them, developing their skills, and creating opportunities for growth through collaboration and innovation. #Leadership #Strategy #PolitehnicaBucuresti #Innovation #BEST #InternationalCommunity
