Zero-voltage-switching multiresonant three-level converters

K Jin, X Ruan - IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, 2007 - ieeexplore.ieee.org
This paper proposes a family of zero-voltage-switching multiresonant three-level converters
(ZVS-MR-TLCs), which are derived by adding a ZVS-MR multiresonant network to the TLCs.
The arrangement of a multiresonant network results in the absorption of all the major
parasitic components in the resonant circuit, including the switch output capacitor, diode
junction capacitor, and transformer leakage inductor. Compared with the two-level
multiresonant converters (MRCs), the proposed converters achieve ZVS in a wider load …

Zero-voltage-switching multi-resonant three-level converters

K Jin, X Ruan - 2004 IEEE 35th Annual Power Electronics …, 2004 - ieeexplore.ieee.org
This paper proposes a new family of zero-voltage-switching multi-resonant three-level
converters (ZVS-MR-TLCs), which is derived by introducing a LCC multi-resonant network to
the basic three-level converters. The unique arrangement of a multi-resonant network results
in absorption of all major parasitic components in the resonant circuit, including switch
output capacitor, diode junction capacitor and transformer leakage inductor. Compared with
the traditional multi-resonant converters (MRCs), which is a two-level converter, the …
