Last tuesday we had an inspiring day at Dell Technologies Forum Stockholm 2025 where innovation, collaboration, and real-world impact came together! We’re honored to have been invited by Dell Technologies and NVIDIA to join the stage alongside Sveriges riksbank for a panel on how AI is reshaping industries, institutions, and innovation itself. Together we unpacked the full stack: from next-gen infrastructure and AI platforms, to real-world applications and responsible adoption of AI in critical institutions. Runt om i Sverige utforskar kommuner hur AI kan förändra det dagliga arbetet. Här är hur Mönsterås kommun leder vägen tillsammans med Intric. 🚀 Som Torbjörn Andersson berättar lanserade kommunen en AI-assistent våren 2024 som var tränad på allt externt innehåll från deras webbplats. Kort därefter byggde de en intern assistent, ”AIDA”, som automatiskt uppdateras dagligen med allt innehåll från deras SharePoint-baserade intranät. Detta innebär att medarbetarna nu har en alltid uppdaterad assistent som ger snabb tillgång till den kunskap de behöver, när de behöver den. Inga manuella uppdateringar. Ingen extra arbetsbelastning. Bara smartare arbete. 💭 From idea to well-thought-out prompt to a perfectly tailored assistant. Many get stuck at the very first step: How do I create my different assistants? What should the prompt even contain? In Intric, there is the template “Prompt Expert” that guides you step by step and helps you create a precise assistant in just a few minutes. Here’s how it works: 1️⃣ Answer briefly to the first question: “What should the prompt be about?” 2️⃣ The Prompt Expert responds in three parts:      ➡️ First, a short and concrete prompt suggestion    ➡️ Then, suggestions for improvements (what’s missing)     ➡️ Finally, questions (numbered) to clarify goals, tone, sources, and format. 3️⃣ You answer the questions; the tool updates the prompt and sharpens instructions and constraints. 4️⃣ Once you’re satisfied: highlight the prompt, copy it, and create a new assistant. With the help of this assistant, you avoid the “blank page” problem and get structure right away. Legal clarity should never slow critical collaboration! In Trollhättans Stad, teams faced barriers to sharing information across agencies due to overlapping laws and confidentiality. Staff were unsure what could be shared, which delayed support and fragmented care. “Asta”, an AI legal guidance assistant built on Intric, provides instant answers grounded in confidentiality, penal and health regulations. It clarifies what can be shared, with whom and why, keeps data sovereign and audit ready, and is easy for non legal staff. UPDATE: Heads up 📢 ‘Personal Space’ is moving into ‘Space’ this week. To simplify navigation we are consolidating Personal Space into the standard Space view. Your current personal assistants will be moved automatically into a new private space that we will create for you. It will sit alongside your other spaces in the Space view. No action required! Permissions and data security remain exactly as today. Why this change: one Space experience reduces context switching, clarifies ownership, and makes onboarding faster for new users.
