Together, We Moved for a Smile – and Made an Impact In October, Karo colleagues around the world joined our annual Move for a Smile challenge in support of Operation Smile Sweden We logged almost 5000 workouts across 24 teams, 293 colleagues and 5 international trade partners, cheering each other on almost 20,000 times through likes, photos, and messages. The result? Beyond stronger connections and a boost of energy, together we helped with 204 life-changing surgeries, giving children born with cleft lip and/or palate the chance to eat, speak, and smile with confidence. We're proud to announce an exclusive licensing agreement with Moberg Pharma for the commercialization of MOB-015, a next-generation topical treatment for nail fungus (onychomycosis), across 19 European markets.   This agreement further strengthens Karo's position in the foot health category by bringing consumers a clinically proven innovation to market. This planned transaction is an opportunity to strengthening our commitment to consumer healthcare, expanding our skin health expertise, supporting our multichannel growth strategy, and establishing a presence in Poland, a key market for future expansion. Once completed, the acquisition will bring trusted, science-backed brands and exceptional talent into the Karo family, further strengthening our footprint across the Nordics, the Netherlands, and Poland.
