This marks 1 year since we launched in the UK – and we couldn't be more excited to be opening our biggest location yet in the heart of such a vibrant neighbourhood in central London. Ahead of opening our new location in Manchester, we asked locals: what makes this city great? The answer was unanimous: the people. So we surprised three Mancunians with phone call recordings from loved ones as a reminder of their impact on them and so many others in their community.
