Whether it’s supporting mental health, promoting gender equity, or advocating for safer communities, small steps create big change. 🔹 𝘿𝙞𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬❓ 🧠 Taking just 10 minutes a day for mindfulness or physical activity can significantly reduce stress and improve mental well-being (SDG 3). 👩🔧 For every year a girl stays in school, her earning potential rises by up to 20%—and communities become healthier and more resilient (SDG 5). 🤝 Workplaces that promote gender equality are not only more inclusive but also show up to 21% higher profitability (SDG 5 & SDG 3 through improved mental health).
