At this year’s Women Automotive Network Summit in Stuttgart, WirelessCar’s very own Ana Möller joined a powerful panel discussion exploring how collaboration and partnerships can help Europe stay competitive in the rapidly evolving automotive landscape. Key takeaways close to our hearts at WirelessCar: 🤝 Building partnerships that bridge gaps — between universities, policymakers, and industry to strengthen capabilities and close the skills gap in the Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) era. 🌍 Collaboration over competition — because there’s no advantage in everyone reinventing the wheel. Collaboration fuels faster innovation. 💬 Keeping DEI at the core — companies with inclusive cultures are six times more likely to be innovative and agile, and eight times more likely to achieve better business outcomes. As Ana Möller put it: “We show both our employees and our customers that we stand behind our values of collaboration and inclusion — that’s how we create connected vehicle services that are more relevant, innovative, and valuable for everyone.” A huge thank-you to the Women Automotive Network for continuing to lead the way toward a more inclusive automotive industry. 💙 #WeAreWirelessCar

As we return from IAA MOBILITY 2025, we’re looking back at a week that gave us the chance to connect, showcase our solutions, and see the future of mobility take shape 🚗✨ So what did we take away from the event? A few things really caught our attention. The spotlight was on AI: not as a buzzword, but with real demonstrations, from AI agents in vehicles to Google’s Gemini AI reading road signs in real time. Major investments, like Volkswagen Group €1 billion commitment, show just how serious this shift has become. Another big takeaway? Partnerships matter more than ever. Collaboration between OEMs, tech players, and partners is now key to delivering end-to-end mobility solutions. And beyond the tech, the excitement in the IAA Open Space was a reminder that all innovation ultimately serves one purpose: creating better mobility experiences for people and society. For us at WirelessCar, it was inspiring to contribute to this conversation and showcase how our solutions help shape the future of digital mobility. A highlight was our own Christina Rux presenting Digital Key Management in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Theater — the first ready-to-use product in our Open SDV Platform. Enabling a seamless, secure phone-as-a-key experience, it’s a great example of turning technology into direct customer value. What was your highlight from IAA Mobility this year?

WirelessCar proudly presents: Our new Rising Stars 🌟 At WirelessCar, we believe the future of mobility is shaped by bold ideas, curious minds, and people who dare to challenge the status quo. That's why, with the help of New Minds, we've created Rising Stars - our one-year trainee program designed to accelerate the growth of the next generation of tech leaders. We’re now thrilled to welcome 12 new graduates to this year’s program! 👋 Over the coming year, they’ll work full-time with us while developing their skills through training and certifications. As a Rising Star, you will be part of a dynamic community of young professionals who are not only smart and ambitious but also driven by a passion to innovate and make a real impact on the world of connected mobility - and we couldn’t be more excited to see their journey unfold. 🚀 One of the new talents is Amanda Thorén, who we caught up with on onboarding day at WirelessCar headquarters in Gothenburg, planned and executed by our Talent & Sourcing Strategy Manager Ana Möller. Amanda got to know a lot about WirelessCar before she enrolled and really appreciated the sneak peeks into the company culture. “I got to talk to a lot of people from WirelessCar before I joined, these impressions created a positive feeling about the whole company. The former Rising Stars I met confirmed that it is a very welcoming place, with quite a lot of internal training to take part in. Continuous learning is important to me - just because I graduated Chalmers doesn’t mean that I should stop learning! I want to be innovative and be on the forefront of something at my workplace.” Jeffrey Spång, Solution Architect at WirelessCar, is Amandas mentor and former Rising Star. He emphasizes how important the learning process is for the growth of both individuals, teams and the company. “The goal for our Rising Stars is to learn and develop as well as question and come up with suggestions on new ways of doing things. We have a lot of people with great knowledge that have worked for a long time, but the key is that they have all learned so much along the way through collaborations – and this is now expected, and also required, from the Rising Stars joining us today.” Welcome aboard our ride to empower future mobility! 🙌 👉 Curious? WirelessCar launches its first open-source project! ✨ ❗ We’re excited to share that WirelessCar has released its first open-source project: NAuth — NATS Operator & Account management for Kubernetes. NAuth was born from a real need in our internal developer platform, Drive. When looking for a way to handle authentication and authorization in NATS using a declarative and self-service approach, we found no solution that fit. So we built one. By open-sourcing NAuth, we hope to: 👉 Make life easier for others working with NATS and Kubernetes. 👉 Learn and grow from the open-source community’s feedback and contributions. 👉 Take a first, modest but meaningful, step in giving back to the ecosystem we rely on every day. As Kaj Fehlhaber, one of the developers behind NAuth, puts it: “It has been important for our team to get involved in the open-source community to build a culture and know-how around it. NAuth is another cog in the wheel as we continue to grow our platform on cloud native technologies.” 💡 We know many in automotive and beyond have made large and lasting contributions to open-source already. Our ambition here is to contribute where we see real gaps — and to continue to build our own open-source culture along the way. ✅ Check out NAuth at nauth.io and NATS.io. #WeAreWirelesscar #OpenSource #FutureMobility #Innovation #ConnectedVehicles

WirelessCar hosts AI Hackathon to inspire developers ❗ Last week, WirelessCar’s Assistance Services unit hosted an AI-focused hackathon at our Gothenburg office for our developers to explore how AI agents and AI-assisted tools can accelerate innovation. The afternoon combined hands-on teamwork with an inspiring deep dive into AI opportunities led by Johan Sanneblad from TokenTek. With his broad experience in innovation and AI systems, Johan captivated the audience: “AI can make you feel like you have superpowers. The shift that AI-first companies are going through is that AI is doing much of the work with people managing them instead of the other way around. AI agents can now work autonomously for long periods of time, but since they usually choose the quickest way forward, we need to be there to keep the dialogue going with these digital colleagues. To do that you need a wide set of skills which you obtain by testing the systems and trying out these new processes.” WirelessCar Assistance Services Head of Delivery, Mikael Honnér, who set up the session for his teams, emphasized the value of trying new ways of working. “Trainings like this are so important. We all hear about AI but how can we use it best? We had an afternoon of fun together to explore options, and really that’s what you need to do – just start somewhere. We felt we needed to inspire each other and work iteratively as we always do – this will be a great way forward for our teams.” Key wins from Johan’s AI approach: 👉 AI enables significantly more robust code bases. It can debug complex concurrent systems by analyzing thousands of log entries to spot patterns and race conditions humans can never process. 👉 AI automatically keeps comments, documentation, and tests in sync when code changes - a true gamechanger for large codebases. 👉 AI excels at automated test generation: from requirements to specifications to test code. Testing becomes automatic, not a time sink. At WirelessCar, we believe in learning by doing together – and this hackathon was another step on our journey to empowering future mobility. #WeAreWirelessCar #ConnectedVehicles #FutureMobility #AI #AIAgent #Innovation
