Aritma, backed by Main Capital Partners, acquires Swedish Programekonomi 🚀 Aritma, a Norwegian bank-connectivity and financial automation software provider, acquires Växjö-based Programekonomi. Programekonomi brings Microsoft Business Central development capabilities and domain knowledge that enable efficient financial workflows for Business Central users. The acquisition has a strong strategic fit with Aritma and is in line with the company’s expansion strategy in the Nordic financial automation and ERP connectivity market. The acquisition of Programekonomi represents Aritma’s first add‑on since Main Capital Partners invested in Aritma in April of 2025. The combination is expected to complement and expand Aritma’s offering, further strengthening the combined Group’s position in the Nordics. If you're a grownup with responsibility, you have to challenge how you speak about who's techy enough. Yesterday I spent my afternoon with the fantastic Sthlm Pepp mentorship program, sharing my journey into tech. I almost called the talk "my 3 fails that led me into tech" but... I realised it wasn't fails. 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. I read a very thought provoking post from Camilla Bergman last week about how Swedish media often is headlining men in tech as AI geniuses. Few (if any, according to Camilla) use the same wording for women. Some of these men started coding before they even had started high school, portrayed as tech wunderkids. Meanwhile, I've often called myself "a changemaker person that ACCIDENTALLY studied something technical" when meeting new people. Truth is I started coding in my teens. 𝗜 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲, 𝗯𝗰 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝗲. My parents thought they saw my love for design, and instead of giving me Python courses, they gave me a camera. My teachers saw my love for methodology, and instead of hyping me up about maths, they hyped my project leading skills. It took multiple years at KTH before I understood that I wasn't new to coding. However, it took up until last year until I understood how engraved the self image of me not being "technical enough" was. 𝗦𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲. Not only for myself, but also for all the other women in tech out there being AI geniuses - but not seeing themselves as such. I am techy. Doesn't matter I can't write a ML pipeline from scratch. I am techy. And why do you have to care? 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀. And here we have a huge problem on our hands. Europe is regressing when it comes to women in tech. We also know that young girls often don't describe them as technical while still being interested in tech. A way to change this is to change the narrative about who's techy enough. And that relies on you to do so at home, in your board room, in the Almedalen panels. And if you're a woman doubting: you ARE techy. We are. PS. If you've read the whole way here, hi and thanks. Sweden’s public sector faces an AI revolution It’s encouraging to see the government now investing in AI through workshops, AI factories, and sandboxes – initiatives that can strengthen welfare and help make the public sector more effective. At the same time, our report Enterprise AI Maturity Index shows that there’s still work to do. Only 17% of Swedish organizations are classified as frontrunners in AI – far behind countries such as India (31%) and the United States (22%). Many organizations in Sweden, and globally, are still struggling with what’s needed to succeed: ⚡ Setting a bold and clear AI vision ⚡ Building the right competence within the organization ⚡ Having strong frameworks for governance and accountability In other words: we have the vision, but we also need leadership, skills development, and clear rules of the game. Only then can we give Sweden’s public sector the chance to be at the forefront. The question is: can Sweden take the step from vision to reality – and become a leading country in public sector AI? 🚀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗪𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗟𝗜 The Microsoft Fabric CLI has become an essential tool for automating and managing your Fabric environments. Recently, I had the chance to present a session for the MsBIP Community here in Denmark, where I covered different ways to leverage the CLI - running commands interactively and unattended, locally and through GitHub Actions, and even directly in Fabric Notebooks. With 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (UDFs) now in Public Preview, I decided to run an experiment: Could we use the Fabric CLI’s Python modules directly inside a UDF - since running 𝗳𝗮𝗯 shell commands isn’t possible in this sandboxed environment?
