Together with MCMC and PDRM, Lazada Malaysia joined the Minister, to help senior citizens PAWE Lembah Pantai, build their digital knowledge - from shopping safely online to spotting scams - empowering them to stay confident and secure in today's digital world. #Lazada Singapore had the pleasure of hosting Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) Deputy Commander (Planning & Learning Design) DAC Ong Hui Chin and the ICA Command & Staff Course. The session focused on AI Empowerment in Lazada – how we nurture a culture of innovation and adaptability, and leverage data-driven insights to guide better decision-making. 🚀 We also shared how RedMart scales its operations through automation, while also balancing growth with sustainability. It was inspiring to see the participants’ strong engagement, thoughtful questions, and curiosity throughout the discussion. We hope the insights exchanged will spark new ideas and applications as they bring these learnings back to their roles in safeguarding Singapore’s borders.
