The ONLY thing we are breaking our heads on across our B2B global portfolio is growth, growth and growth - nothing else. Almost all our teams have figured out product, PMF and a lot more very systematically and the key problem statement is to find growth channels that are both SUSTAINABLE and SCALABLE -- both are very important to understand and get right. And it is continuing to be very very challenging - everything that works also flattens out and doesn't scale. Throwing money at it doesn't really solve it. GTM has never been harder.

🤖 Very few customer-facing agents have made it to production AND real value creation. So far, I’ve seen 3 launched successfully by my teams - and my self assessment is that we’re leading the e-commerce pack when it comes to agent usage. 🎥 This short clip from Barry Zhang (Anthropic) nails some invaluable lessons on building agents that actually work: • 🚫 Don’t build agents for everything; workflows win when flows are clear. • 🛠️ Keep it simple: environment, tools, system prompt. • 🧠 Think like your agents; operate within their limited context. If you’re experimenting with agents, this mindset is worth adopting early.
