In a recent feature in The Straits Times, Shun Quan Goh (SQ), our Head of Underwriting for SME and Retail QBE Insurance Singapore, sheds light on a critical issue facing small businesses today: 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲. We are tapping on agentic AI to automate the writing of source of wealth reports. Designed for use by our relationship managers, the AI tool has significantly reduced preparation time from 10 days to an hour. The AI tool - Source of Wealth Assistant - was jointly developed with OCBC, leveraging OCBC's deep AI capabilities. It received a special mention from Minister for National Development, Mr Chee Hong Tat, in his keynote address at the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore event yesterday evening.
