* wxsmith-branch: added wxTreeList to automake- and debian build-system

* wxsmith_branch: merged with trunk (trunk to wxsmith_branch)

- debugger_branch: Refined the previous commit: Added an Annoying dialog asking the user what to do;

- debugger_branch: Detect if the console windows is closed and stop debugging session (Unix only);

- debugger_branch: Make it possible to see the Value Tooltip for variables named 'count', which is keyword in newer version of C::B;

* debugger branch: Added editor markers for breakpoints in the inactive debuggers. Added the same icon in the breakpoints dialog;

* wxsmith-branch: moved wxTreeListCtrl in wxContribItems (just the lib) and wxSmithContribItems (the wxs-part); some format changes; updated wxTreeList to newest revision

- debugger_branch: Disable switch to frame context menu item, when it is not appropriate to allow it (debugger is not stopped);

- debugger_plugin: Allow the user to edit the debugger settings during debugging session (managing the configurations for the active debugger is disabled);
