  - Updates made in the tasksel so that nothing is marked for installation by default, leaving the choice to the user
  - The mini ISOs are built in a similar way to Debian, maintaining their functionality by adding a custom installer theme, also custom scripts that carry out the application of peppermint specific customization's and personalized tasks.
  - These mini ISOs can also be used offline to install a basic system without a graphical interface
