Confluence and Jira products are like bacon and eggs; coffee and cake; Simon and Garfunkel. Separately, they're great, but together, they're amazing! If you have both a Confluence and Jira product in your Cloud site, you can seamlessly track project updates across both tools and create Jira work items without leaving the Confluence content you're working on.

Display work items on a page or live doc

To display Jira work items on a Confluence page or live doc, use the Jira work items macro. Display a single work item, a list of work items, or show the total number of work items.

The simplest way to add a Jira work item to Confluence is to paste a Jira URL on a Confluence page or doc.

Alternatively, you can add the Jira work items macro to the page or doc and search for work items directly:

1. エディターで [挿入] > [Jira 作業項目] を選択します。

Once you've added the macro, you can customize how the work item or list of work items appears, including how much information to display, how many work items, and more.

Confluence 内から作業項目を作成する

You can create work items while viewing or editing content, letting you use Confluence for planning and gathering requirements. You can create a single work item from highlighted text, create multiple work items from a table, or use Atlassian Intelligence (AI) to generate work items for you, either one at a time or by scanning your content and drafting multiple work items at once.

Create work items when viewing a page or live doc

To create a single work item from a Confluence page or live doc, as a customer with the Free or Standard plan:

1. Highlight text on your page or doc. The floating toolbar appears.

2. [+ Jira 作業項目] ドロップダウンを選択します。

3. [単一の作業項目を作成] を選択します。

4. [Jira 作業項目を作成] サイド パネルが右側に開きます。

5. Jira フィールドに入力したあと、[作成] を選択します。

The work item will be created in Jira and added to your page or doc. 

Atlassian Intelligence で単一の作業項目を作成するには、次の手順に従います。

If your organization is on a Premium or Enterprise plan and if Atlassian Intelligence is activated for your Confluence instance or your Jira instance, you can use Atlassian Intelligence to generate a Jira work item from highlighted text that will also use context from the rest of the content around it.

1. Highlight text on your page or live doc. The floating toolbar appears.

2. [+ Jira 作業項目] ボタンを選択します。

3. [Jira 作業項目を作成] サイド パネルが右側に開いて、生成された Jira 作業項目が表示されます。

   1. Atlassian Intelligence を使用しない場合は、[AI を使用して要約と説明を生成] をオフにします。これによって作業項目がリロードされ、ハイライトされたテキストのみを使用して、Jira 作業項目の要約フィールドに入力されます。ハイライトされたテキストから作成されたその他の作業項目は、Atlassian Intelligence を使用しません。

4. Jira フィールドに入力したあと、[作成] を選択します。

To generate multiple work items from a page or live doc using Atlassian Intelligence:

1. Select the AI button on the bottom right of the screen, then select + Create Jira work items. Confluence will generate a list of work items for you in the right side panel.

2. 作業項目にカーソルを合わせ、鉛筆アイコンを選択して要約や説明の精度をレビューし、必要な変更を行い、必要に応じて情報を追加します。

3. [作成] を選択して変更を保存して Jira に作業項目を作成するか、[キャンセル] して変更を破棄します。

4. 一覧から作業項目を取り除くには、作業項目にカーソルを合わせて X を選択します。

Create work items while editing

単一の作業項目を作成する方法。

1. エディターで [挿入] > [Jira 作業項目] > [新しい作業項目を作成] を選択します。

2. ご使用のサーバー (Confluence に複数の Jira インスタンスが接続されている場合)、プロジェクト、作業タイプ、要約、説明を入力します。

3. [挿入] を選択します。

The work item will be created in Jira and added to your content.

There are some limitations when creating Jira work items from Confluence. The Jira work items macro or Create Jira work item dialog will notify you if it's unable to create a work item in the selected project. You can find out more in the Jira work items macro documentation.

Jira と Confluence の間で移動する

Whenever you add a link to Jira work items in Confluence, or link to a Confluence page or live doc from your Jira products, the Jira Links button appears at the top of the Confluence page or doc. This means you can quickly jump from Confluence to Jira and vice versa, speeding up your workflow.

The number on the Jira Links button indicates the total number of work items and sprints connected to that page or doc, regardless of whether you have permission to view them. The dropdown, however, will only show details of work items and sprints that you have Jira permissions to view.

このボタンでは、Jira 作業項目マクロでテーブル形式で表示されている作業項目のリンクは検出されません。

要件を定義する

Confluence は要件の定義を開始するのに最適です。製品要件テンプレートによって要件を定義後、Confluence の要件ページで Jira エピックやその他の作業項目を直接作成できます。

1. Create a Confluence page or live doc using the Product requirements template.

2. プレースホルダー テキスト「Jira エピックまたは機能へのリンク」を選択し、[新しい作業項目を作成] を選択して Jira でエピックを作成します。

3. Collaborate with your team to define your stories.

5. Track the progress of the stories from the Confluence page or doc or from within Jira.

The tight integration between Confluence and Jira means you can easily access work items from Confluence and see their status at a glance, and from within Jira you can see links to related Confluence pages and docs. All the information you need is right there.

スプリントの管理 

There's often a lot of material in Confluence that provides useful context for your team during a sprint. These might be requirements documents, designs, tech specs, customer research and more. By linking these pages and docs to epics, you make them easy for your team to find during the sprint. 

Confluence を使用して Jira Agile 内からスプリントをサポートする方法は次のとおりです。

• In Jira, create a Confluence page or live doc to plan your sprint. It will be created using the Meeting notes template and automatically link to the sprint.

• In an epic, link to useful Confluence pages and live docs, including requirements, designs, and more.

• Confluence にある Jira レポート ブループリントによって、関係者に進捗状況を報告します。

• スプリントの最後に、Confluence でふりかえりテンプレートによって、うまくいったことやうまくいかなかったことに関する実績を評価します。

カスタマーに自己解決リソースを提供する

Jira Service Management を使用する場合は、Jira Service Management プロジェクトを Confluence のナレッジ ベースに接続することで、顧客がリクエストを作成せずに自分で作業項目を解決できるようにサポートできます。 

Jira Service Management で、[管理] > [Confluence KB] (Jira Service Management Server 2.x 以前をご利用の場合は [設定] > [ナレッジ ベース]) の順に移動して、Confluence スペースを接続または作成します。 

Jira Service Management の顧客がカスタマー ポータルを検索すると、リンクされたナレッジ ベース スペースのページが提案されて、顧客が自分で問題を解決できます。 

ナレッジベース記事の作成

ナレッジ ベース スペース ブループリントをハウツーとトラブルシューティングの各記事のテンプレートを併用することで、Jira Service Management エージェントは新しいナレッジ ベース記事を遥かに簡単に作成できます。

すべてのアクティブ ユーザーにナレッジベース スペースの閲覧を許可する

Confluence インスタンスが公開されていなくても、カスタマー ポータル経由でナレッジベース スペースを利用可能にできます。 

Jira Service Management プロジェクトを Confluence スペースにリンクすると、すべてのアクティブ ユーザーと顧客に対して、両者が Confluence ライセンスを持っていない場合すらも、リンクされているスペースのページの閲覧を許可することを選択できます。これらのユーザーは非常に制限された Confluence アクセス権を持ちます。 

ライセンスを持たないユーザーは次の操作を行えます。

• Jira Service Management のカスタマー ポータル経由でページを閲覧する。

• Follow a URL to a page or live doc and then navigate within the linked space.

ライセンスを持たないユーザーは次の操作は行なえません。

• Like, comment on or edit pages or live docs (or be granted permission to do this).

• ダッシュボード、 ユーザー プロファイル、ピープル ディレクトリ、またはスペース ディレクトリを参照する。

• Confluence インスタンス全体を検索します。

この権限は Jira Service Management を介してのみ有効化できますが、Confluence のグローバル権限またはスペース権限で、インスタンス全体または特定のスペースへのアクセスを取り消すことができます。 

すべてのアクティブ ユーザーとカスタマーにスペースの閲覧を許可すると、既存のすべてのスペース権限が上書きされます。そのため、ログイン済みのライセンスを持つすべての Confluence ユーザーも、グループ メンバーシップにかかわらず、スペースを閲覧できるようになります。これは、Confluence での権限の継承方法によるものです。
