Biotechnology and sustainability came together at Gebze Technical University! 🚀 During the "2nd International Congress on Biotech Solutions for Sustainability Congress", our Life Sciences Sales Manager Baran Oygur shared insights on advancing genomic and molecular diagnostic innovation, while our team contributed to the Biotech4Sus Biotech Entrepreneurship Competition as a jury member. 🏆 Through the Jury Special Award, we recognized a promising #biotech startup whose project not only bridges science and #sustainability but also demonstrates strong commercialization potential in #lifesciences. Special thanks to Prof. Elif Damla Arisan and the entire Biotech4Sus Congress Organizing Committee for creating such a dynamic and inspiring platform where academia, industry, and innovation truly meet. 🌿

🧬 How is genomics redefining #prenatal care? Last week at the Ultrasound Congress of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Perinatology Society of Türkiye (#TMFTP), this question took center stage as experts in maternal-fetal medicine gathered to discuss the latest advancements in prenatal diagnostics and care.   During the congress, Boutros maroun, PhD (Senior Manager, Medical Affairs, AMEA, Illumina), delivered an insightful online talk on “The Clinical Value of Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) in Prenatal Care.”   His presentation highlighted how #NIPT is transforming prenatal screening, offering a safer, more accurate, and earlier assessment of fetal chromosomal conditions through genomic innovation.   🌐 Advancing maternal and fetal health starts with informed, data-driven care, and NIPT continues to play a key role in the progress!
