🌍 In recognition of World Menopause Day, we welcomed Menopause Coach Laura Shuckburgh to Acteon for two insightful sessions focused on why menopause matters - for everyone. Laura guided us through what menopause is, its wide-ranging impacts, and how we can better support ourselves and each other. She emphasised why understanding menopause is essential in the workplace and offered practical advice on how to talk about it openly, make simple adjustments, and foster a more inclusive environment. The sessions were open to all colleagues - women and men - and concluded with a live Q&A that encouraged honest, thoughtful discussion. 👏 We were thrilled to see over 300 colleagues join the conversation.
