Had a great day yesterday hosting the MRS B2B Conference. Thanks to all the speakers for sharing their insights! Some big themes stood out to me: 💡 Our toolkit is evolving fast... from synthetic data and AI probing tools to adapting consumer methods into B2B. It’s exciting, but we need to keep experimenting together to figure out what really works. 💡 Getting insights to stick with stakeholders is still a big challenge. Creative, tailored outputs can make all the difference. 💡 And of course, speed. Social listening, agile project management, AI moderation, and synthetic sampling are helping us move faster. But the balance between speed and rigour is key. What struck me most is the tension...tech can accelerate fieldwork and analysis, but it’s still our human expertise that makes insights resonate on an emotional level
