We advised the consortium made up of Ardian and Finint Infrastrutture on the acquisition and financing of the Venice Airport and the other airports of the SAVE Group. The Save Group includes the airports of Venice, Verona, Treviso and Brescia, as well as a participation in Charleroi Airport in Belgium. We also advised Ardian on the consortium agreements with Finint Infrastrutture. We have advised STEAG GmbH, a leading Germany-based energy company, on the sale of its 51% stake in İSKEN to OYAK, one of Türkiye's foremost industrial groups. Following completion of the transaction, OYAK has become the sole owner of İSKEN Sugözü Power Plant, which supplies approximately 3% of Türkiye’s total electricity demand. İSKEN Sugözü Power Plant, with an installed capacity of 1,360 MW and an average annual production of 9 billion kilowatt-hours, is a key contributor to Türkiye's energy supply and a significant socio-economic actor in the Çukurova region. The transaction marks a major development in the Turkish energy sector, reflecting ongoing consolidation and strategic investment activity in the market. ExxonMobil has announced its eighth carbon capture sequestration agreement to date. We advised on its agreement with AtmosClear BR, LLC, a portfolio company of Fidelis, to transport and permanently store up to 680,000 metric tons per annum of biogenic carbon dioxide from AtmosClear's biomass energy with carbon capture facility in the Port of Greater Baton Rouge in Louisiana.
