It’s been a frightfully fun week at Compass HQ as our teams take on Halloween. We've enjoyed spine-chilling bake offs, creepy costume competitions and ghoulishly good games. Our teams recently enjoyed a brilliant day out to celebrate the EOQ in a perfect opportunity to get everyone together and say a huge thank you for all their hard work. 🎉In Portsmouth, our teams spent the afternoon learning new skills in an activity of their choice - from baking, go karting and cocktail making to pottery and cricket - followed by great food and drinks into the evening. Meanwhile, our Manchester teams took on a Race Across the World challenge across the city and a fun-filled evening at Bongo’s Bingo coming together for meal afterwards. Getting together to celebrate our achievements and connect outside the office is such an important part of what makes our culture so special. Here’s to another great quarter ahead.
