For Christmas 2025, Vivienne Westwood has designed a set of limited-edition festive cards to be sold in the run up to Christmas, raising funds to help our vital work supporting people experiencing homelessness in the UK. Specially selected by Creative Director, Andreas Kronthaler, the festive cards feature original artwork by Vivienne; the first time these works have been used on greeting cards. The prints include a Climate Revolution ‘Merry Xmas’ banner, ‘I love U’ illustration, the Tree of life, and Vivienne’s ‘Buy Less, Choose Well, Make It Last’ graphic mantra. “Vivienne encouraged people to always think of the bigger picture – using her artwork to send messages out into the world. She supported homeless charities throughout her lifetime and now, more than ever, it’s important that we continue this support in collaboration with Crisis.” - Andreas Kronthaler Discover our limited-edition packs of four cards – each featuring a unique design, available exclusively through our online shop. All profits raised from the cards will help Crisis provide warmth, companionship and vital services to people experiencing homelessness at one of the toughest times of the year ♥️ Get yours now: https://bit.ly/3JvDH59
About us
Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We are committed to ending homelessness. Every day we see the devastating impact homelessness has on people’s lives. Every year we work side by side with thousands of homeless people, to help them rebuild their lives and leave homelessness behind for good. Through our pioneering research into the causes and consequences of homelessness and the solutions to it, we know what it will take to end it. Together with others who share our resolve, we bring our knowledge, experience and determination to campaign for the changes that will solve the homelessness crisis once and for all. We bring together a unique volunteer effort each Christmas, to bring warmth, companionship and vital services to people at one of the hardest times of the year, and offer a starting point out of homelessness. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.

Figures out today reveal that the number of people forced to sleep rough in London has increased by 11% in the last year has more than doubled in the last decade. In the next few months, the UK Government can have an immediate impact. In the Budget, ministers can bring housing benefit back in line with the true cost of local rents, and they can also publish an ambitious new homelessness strategy that will show how we will deliver new social homes. Both measures would show they are determined to stop people facing the threats and uncertainty of another cold night out on the streets, and offer the different, more positive future of a safe and stable home. https://bit.ly/4oHhpfv

We’re delighted to be marking the fourth year of our partnership with Specsavers. Through this partnership, Specsavers colleagues volunteer their time to provide free eye tests, hearing checks, and glasses to people experiencing homelessness — both at our Crisis Skylight centres throughout the year and during our Crisis at Christmas services. This support makes a life-changing difference to our members and Christmas guests, helping them see more clearly, hear more easily, and move forward with greater confidence to start a life beyond homelessness. Thank you!
Crisis is going into its fourth year of amazing partnership with Specsavers. For many people experiencing homelessness, getting an eye test, a pair of glasses, or a hearing aid just isn’t affordable, and that makes things even more difficult. Our brilliant colleagues have run 100 clinics, tested the eyesight of over 550 people, and provided more than 250 pairs of glasses, with more clinics running this winter. All of this is helping people regain confidence, navigate daily life more easily, and take an important steps out of homelessness. A huge thank you to everyone at Specsavers for their continued support. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together so far! Particular thanks to Josephine Osborne Joni Nettleship Lou Crane Clare Evans & Alice Hendy

Thomas was working as a decorator but after struggling to find work after the pandemic, was forced to sleep rough in London for over a year. Then he came to Crisis at Christmas – and turned his life around. He was supported with a mobile phone, with housing advice and was given a new pair of glasses by Specsavers, who run eye and ear clinics in our Christmas services across the country. Crisis at Christmas was the start of Thomas’ life out of homelessness. Now he has his own home, which he’s proud to have decorated. You can help us be there for more people this Christmas. 📣 Breaking news: The Renters’ Rights Bill has passed meaning renters’ rights in England are officially going to improve! Today is a landmark moment for tenants. With the passing of the Renters’ Rights Bill, we now have stronger protections for renters. This is a big step forward to achieving safe, secure homes for everyone. Here are the main changes you should know about: 1. Section 21 ‘no fault’ evictions are ending. This means renters can no longer be evicted for no reason, giving them much needed stability and security in their homes. Crisis has been campaigning to ban this for years. 2. Fixed term tenancies are also ending and will be replaced with periodic ones. With no more end dates, renters will have longer term security in their homes and greater flexibility to move if their situation changes. 3. Unfair rent hikes will be cracked down on with more restrictions on when and how landlords can raise rent. This Bill promises greater security for renters across England and will help prevent homelessness. When these new rights are implemented, we’ll share up to date guidance on what these changes mean for renters, in partnership with the TDS Charitable Foundation.

It started with a game of Connect 4. It ended with Gabriel finding a home. Our Crisis at Christmas services offer crucial help to people facing the worst forms of homelessness over some of the coldest months of the year. We provide an open door for guests to find year-round support, as well as hot food, warmth, access to healthcare services – and maybe also a bit of Connect 4 as well. Last year, Gabriel stayed in one of our London hotels after losing his home. With the help of his Crisis Lead Worker, Eloise, he found a safe place to stay — and a fresh start. Make this someone’s first day of a life out of homelessness. Donate to Crisis at Christmas today: https://bit.ly/47zdpbj
