A new MAP of the event technology landscape with some NEWS. This update is for Q4 2025. Two eventtech companies shut down. It has been quite a rough environment lately, and it is set to become even more challenging with the rise of AI. From my conversations at IMEX more consolidation is happening in the next three months. About the Map This map is the result of my analysis and experience in eventtech. It is subjective and purely EDITORIAL. Some of the criteria for inclusion: * New product features * Revenue milestones * Organic media coverage (no paid placements) * High-profile client sign-up * Recent funding rounds * Country-specific penetration * Recurring presence in online planner conversations * Positive online reviews * Meaningful product launches If I missed you, send me a message by December 15 2025, with an answer to the above criteria (it doesn’t have to be all of them) and what category fits you best. Disclosure: Inclusion on this map is NOT pay-for-play. I have worked and do work with many of the companies listed. However, I also have never talked to many of the companies listed. The map is not up for sale for sponsorship for eventtech providers. This map does not endorse any of the listed companies, and it is not buyer advice. If you have been listed, please share the map on LinkedIn. Also leave a comment to celebrate. The comment with the most likes will get a special star on the next map.
Is your event missing that special "zing"? We teamed up with creative director Robert Dunsmore to get a fresh take on event experience design.
