It was wonderful to see some of our team take part in redecorating a new space for Windmills, a bereavement charity that supports children who have lost a loved one or are coping with a family member facing a terminal diagnosis. 💚

🏗️ Meet the Team: From IT Support to Technical Delivery Five years ago, Dan Arries joined Cameron Homes Limited, Keon's sister company, as an IT Support Technician - spending his early days helping the business adapt to the challenges of remote working during the pandemic. But in 2023, Dan decided it was time for a change. Having always been drawn to the technical side of construction, he took a leap - joining Keon Homes’ Technical team on a six-week secondment. That short-term opportunity quickly turned into a new career path. Today, Dan is an Assistant Technical Coordinator, having: ✅ Delivered his first full scheme at Green Lanes, Bilston ✅ Taken on three more developments due for completion by the end of 2026 ✅ Continued to learn from a technical team with a wealth of experience and support Dan’s journey is a great example of what’s possible when curiosity meets opportunity - and when people are given the space to grow across our group. Keon Homes completes first new energy-efficient council homes as part of major overhaul on Bushbury estate 🏡 The first of 99 new energy efficient council bungalows homes have been completed by Keon Homes as part of a scheme to replace 93 post-war prefabs on the Lincoln Green Estate in Bushbury. Local residents were given a guided tour of the finished homes on School Lane, with tenants set to move into the first five bungalows by the end of October. It is part of City of Wolverhampton Council’s citywide strategy to identify solutions for 4100 homes built by out-dated, non-traditional construction methods.
