📢 New Group Medical Director Appointed at Ramsay Health Care UK We are delighted to announce the appointment of Miss Sabeen Akhtar as our new Group Medical Director — a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to clinical excellence and collaborative leadership. Sabeen is a highly respected medical leader with over 24 years of service in the NHS and nearly a decade at Ramsay UK. As a practising Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, she brings invaluable frontline clinical insight, reinforcing our patient-centred, multidisciplinary approach. Reflecting on her new role, Sabeen shared: “I remain dedicated to excellence in clinical care and firmly believe that clinical excellence is inseparable from cultural excellence.” We are equally pleased to share that Dr Rob Parry, our Responsible Officer, will be increasing his time with us — further strengthening our focus on medical governance, quality, and collaborative working. Together, Sabeen and Rob will continue to champion best practice, professional development, and innovation in patient care across our hospitals.
