Buckinghamshire Council becomes the largest local authority to fully adopt the National Parking Platform. 🌟 Having joined the Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom pilot scheme over a year ago, Buckinghamshire has already processed 3.3 million cashless transactions and handled £7 million in payments, clear proof that the platform is delivering. 🙌 The unitary authority has now transitioned all of its 📍170 parking locations to the NPP, marking the first major move since the platform shifted from government to industry-led management with a population of over 500,000 and a footprint spanning 700+ square miles. This is a major step forward for connected, open, and digitally enabled parking across the UK. We're proud that RingGo continues to support Buckinghamshire and the NPP on this journey. Together, we’re simplifying parking for everyone. ✨

We were proud to host the Southern Parking Pod at RingGo HQ last week — and what a brilliant day it turned out to be! 🚗 The office was buzzing with energy as councils, partners, and industry voices came together to share ideas, challenges, and forward-looking solutions. From discussions on PCN levels and pavement parking, to real momentum around an Open Market approach via the National Parking Platform, the conversations reflected just how collaborative and future-focused our sector is becoming. Events like this serve as a powerful reminder of the role we play, not just as a provider, but as a convener of ideas and change. A fantastic showcase of our people, products, and purpose. Together, we make cities more livable. 💙 #SouthernParkingPod #BPA #OpenMarket
