    Thank you Omar!   For 4 years of awesome memories together.   Back in 2021…   People doubted that we could scale the business from 50 to 100 people & beyond.   But what a journey we're on.   Creating a people-first culture.   Where people feel empowered to exceed expectations.   And deliver epic results.   Your awesome leadership, empathy & guidance has been a huge part of Strativ Group's development.   Helping us create a culture dedicated to mindfulness & wellbeing.   Championing mental health support & awareness.   And building an incredible Mission Control team, which has grown from 5 to 15 incredible professionals.   It's safe to say, you're a fan favourite in every office.   We're so excited for your next chapter with Strativ Group.   It's gonna be next-level!

    Q4 is always a really intriguing period in contract recruitment. Some businesses are pushing hard for candidates to join before the end of the year, with others focusing solely on budgeting for 2026, there is no in between 😂 But within the chaos, the contract division here at Strativ Group has gone from strength to strength. I am proud to say that in October, we have smashed our record on contract revenue and placements made out the park. To do this whilst doubling the team size in 6 months is challenging enough, but to do so whilst forming three new sectors within contracts makes it really special. I am so proud not only of what the contract division is, but of what I can see it becoming as we move into 2026 and beyond. A special thank you to the management team Ben Prince, Jack Colman and Jacob Pattenden for constantly pushing through with the plan, you are all 🐐 And to the team - It's easy to lead with a group like you. It is an honour just to be along for the ride! Here's to the rest of Q4 and next year! Cheers.   • This is awesome Camilla!   What an incredible interview with Kelly Hennig.   Kelly has been on an epic journey.   From childhood dreams of being an Astronaut...   To becoming a highly recognised leader in the space industry with Stoke Space.   Kelly is a COO.   But she doesn't think job titles define whether you're a leader or not.   She said we can all be leaders.   • Megan is world class. And it's official. She recently received a world class score in her eNPS survey. (This basically means that our people love the support they receive from the People Team at Strativ Group) Megan has just celebrated her 4th year with the business. And it's safe to say she's been central to the empowering culture we've built and experience we offer all of our people. She's helped implement incredible health benefits like Vitality, Headspace & HEALTH ASSURED LTD - our EAP programme that provides support mechanisms for ensuring our people's mental health is supported. She partnered with Thrive Law to offer all our parents 9 months fully paid paternity & maternity leave. Megan has done all this (and more), while finding time for development. ✔ Graduating her Master's Degree in HR. ✔Completing a Project Management Prince2 Foundation and Agile course. ✔ Upgrading her CIPD from Associate to Chartered Membership. What an epic growth mindset! This list goes on... But it's awesome to have people like Megan in the business. Thank you for everything, Megan.
