I’m extremely proud to share that today’s figures from Ofcom demonstrate that our laser focus on improving customer service is really paying off. Today’s stats show that complaints about Virgin Media O2 in Q2 were down by more than 50% year-on-year, and by almost a third compared with the last quarter. This is huge progress but we’re not stopping here as we continue to heavily invest across the business to give our customers the best possible experience with us.
