  • Ever gone back to old work and seen something new? In his latest article, Paul shares why revisiting past projects can spark fresh ideas, reveal hidden patterns, and make teams sharper for the next challenge. It’s a quick, thoughtful read from someone who’s spent his career turning data into lasting impact. Read Paul’s piece: https://lnkd.in/eCkn9pve

  • A great read from Max, who brings a healthy dose of realism (and humour) to McKinsey’s vision for the “AI-driven enterprise of 2030.”

McKinsey’s recent piece on “Charting a path to the data and AI-driven enterprise of 2030” is a solid read, seven priorities for the decade ahead, from digital trust to unlocking ‘alpha’ from AI (which I think is consultant-speak for “actually getting something useful out of it”). But after reading it, I couldn’t help re-ordering the list through a more practical lens: people, process, and technology. Because in pharma and biotech, where regulation, risk and precision shape every decision, the road to becoming “AI-driven” looks a little different. It’s less about chasing buzzwords and more about building culture, trust, and systems that actually work. So I took McKinsey’s seven priorities and re-framed them for the world I know best: drug development. Here’s what I came up with. Enjoy.

  • We solve the big problems so they don’t come back. Our proprietary delivery platform keeps every project structured and connected. Our data ecosystem covers the full clinical, scientific, competitive, and digital landscape. And our automation transforms raw data into structured insight that drives progress. That is how we help teams move faster, make smarter decisions, and stay ahead for good.

  • How do you move fast without taking on risk that could damage your brand for years to come? It is a question we hear a lot from commercial leaders, and it is one that inspired Max's latest piece. The truth is, speed and certainty don’t have to compete. With the right use of digital evidence, they can actually work together. In this story, Max shares how one global consumer health company used real-world digital insights to make a confident go-to-market decision in record time, protecting their reputation while still moving forward fast. • Rapid delivery of data science solutions is key for our long-term solutions to stick In pharma and biotech, teams don’t have six months to wait for a software build. The real value comes when you can cut through complexity and deliver answers in weeks. That is exactly what we do. By combining: 🔹 Your internal data (clinical, market, operational) 🔹 Our extensive external data landscape 🔹 Deep domain expertise across R&D, market access, and medical affairs …and processing it all with advanced methods in NLP, machine learning, and statistical modeling, we deliver solutions that are structured, visualized, and ready to use. As our Head of Data Science, James Iremonger, puts it: “You don’t need six months to get to insight. You need the right questions, clean structure, and a team that knows where to look.” 👉This is how we help clients unlock short-term value fast, while laying the foundation for long-term impact.

  • How do you turn fragmented trial data into a strategic advantage? In his latest piece, our Head of Data Science, James Iremonger, shares how one trial team went from scattered reports to a live intelligence system that guided decisions day by day. The result went above just hitting recruitment targets to building a repeatable system for ongoing trial optimization. 👉 Read James’ full article here:

  • What makes or breaks innovation in life sciences? According to Dr Rachael Hagan, our Director of Product and a leader in the field, it often comes down to how the problem is framed. Too many projects start with vague ambitions like “we need to do something with AI”, but without a clearly defined challenge, even the best ideas stall. In her latest piece, Rachael shares how sharpening the problem statement can turn themes into actionable challenges that deliver real value for teams in pharma and beyond. 👉 Read the full article here:

  • When every investor meeting counts, design has to do more than look good. For one biotech team under pressure, the difference between scattered data and a sharp story was an intelligence board designed for decision-making. Built to be usable under questioning, it helped them: 🔹 Jump straight to the right figures in the heat of a meeting 🔹 Show competitor pipelines visually and convincingly 🔹 Share outputs seamlessly in decks and discussions The result? More confident investor conversations and stronger internal alignment. 👉 Read the full story here:
