This round led by Inovia Capital’s Growth Fund, with participation from Base10 Partners, White Star Capital, and BMO brings our total raised to $60M over the past year. We are pleased to announce the successful completion of €85 million in new funding to further support our mission of changing mobility for good, together! This new funding, comprising a €70 million Nordic bond issue and a €15 million Series D extension, marks a major milestone in our growth journey. It will notably be used to support the purchase of new e-scooters and e-bikes that have already started rolling out in the streets of Paris. Since the completion of the merger between TIER and Dott in 2024, the company has successfully integrated operations, becoming one of the leading micromobility operators in EMEA, active in 400+ cities across 21 countries. Through this integration, we have continued scaling sustainable mobility services across Europe and the Middle East. A real pleasure to have the opportunity to catch up with Louis Tetu as part of White Star Capital’s annual Investor Evening in Montreal. Having first partnered with Louis when Coveo raised its Series C in 2012, it was great to reconnect and discuss his new role on Canada’s AI Strategy Task Force. We certainly covered a wide range of topics... From how startups can compete against the AI giants on talent, to the role sovereign nations can and should play in the AI landscape, and the lessons Louis has learned from decades leading some of Canada’s most successful software companies. Still lots to do and figure out along the way. But I look forward to seeing how the AI story will develop.
