Innovation skills are becoming vital in today's public sector. 🧩The ability of public servants to innovate has become a crucial tool for improving policymaking, internal administrative processes, and outward service delivery ➡️ In recognition, the UK's 2024 edition of One Big Thing focused on creating a modern civil service which is skilled, innovative and ambitious.   One Big Thing is an annual initiative bringing hundreds of thousands of UK civil servants together around a cross-government change priority.
