    Capacity Modelling: Successfully designed and implemented a comprehensive global capacity model, optimising resource allocation and enhancing operational efficiency on a global scale. This enabled the business to accurately forecast resource requirements to alleviate project backlog and realise revenue more efficiently, as well as driving higher levels of customer satisfaction. This model provided for greater agility and allowed us to respond with ease to changes in market demands.

    Strategic Forecasting: Established and now oversee the monthly revenue forecasting process, providing vital insights to the project & finance team. This ensures accurate financial planning, resource allocation, and drives much of the strategic decision making for the business. Created, scripted, and pioneered a tool to enhance the financial and project reporting from Clarizen (PSA) to support this process.

I was a key Senior leader to implement essential processes & procedures for a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO), marking a pivotal milestone in the company's journey towards financial maturity and sustained growth. I gained strategic vision, leadership acumen, and ability to navigate complex transitions, contributing to the establishment of a robust and publicly traded entity, in a M&A growth company.
    When Vocera was finally acquired by Stryker, I was the primary transition team lead for the Quote-to-Cash process and system merges, streamlining operations, processes and seamless cross-team integration. This enabled the sales and finance teams to include forecast and closed deals numbers into their overall business results for each region, better recognising the business impact of the acquisition.
