So many blockchain projects don't realise that they would save time, money, effort and would get better qualified applicants to their roles, if they engaged with a decent headhunter on a retained search rather than taking a scatter gun approach with 10 low-grade recruitment agencies/referral platforms. There is a better way to hire people that yields more successful results.
