The final keynote at Convening EMEA 2025, last week, was one that truly made us stop and reflect. At just 24 years old, Joseph Oubelkas was unjustly sentenced to ten years in a Moroccan prison. An unimaginable experience that tested every human fibre of his being. What followed was not just a story of survival, but of transformation, resilience, and connection, proving that the right attitude can turn adversity into strength. A powerful reminder that strength often comes from within, even when everything else is out of our control.
