Photo release terms
- On behalf of myself and/or the organization named above, I hereby grant the U.S. Green Building Council, Inc. (USGBC), its affiliated nonprofit organization, Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), and its subcontractors, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, non-revocable, perpetual license to use any and all material submitted by me herein and to modify, display, publish, reproduce, and distribute such material in any manner or medium, including USGBC and/or GBCI's websites, reports, products, media, commercially published books, foreign language translations, presentations, and for other communication and educational purposes. Any image submitted may be made public.
-USGBC and/or GBCI may size, format, crop, modify and store contributed images.
-I warrant and represent that in submitting such materials, I am not infringing upon any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights, violating any right of privacy, or breaching any agreement concerning the same; that the materials contain only information and data that is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge, belief, and expertise; and that I am authorized and have full power to make this grant, to convey the rights granted herein to USGBC and/or GBCI and have obtained all permissions that may be necessary to do so, including without limitation any necessary permissions from the project owner.
