At this stage please note that only paid entries are being reflected on the website, as soon as you have been marked as paid your name will appear. Please note that there are more entries to a tournament than the entries being reflected.

When making any payment for a tournament or memebrship we need a proof of payment to activate the membership or mark or entry as paid.
How to access your passwords:
- Click on Sign In.
- Under the Sign In option you will find "forgot password". Click here.
- Type in your SATA number in the field, click on " Email password"
- You will be sent your password to your email address, if your email address has changed please email [email protected] with your new email address.
Tournament Entry Procedure:
Please follow the procedure to enter all SATA tournaments.
1. On the SA Tennis homepage please find the sign in button on the Menu Bar in the top right corner of your screen, click on the button and proceed to sign in with your SATA number and password.
2. Once signed in click on Tournaments on the Menu bar.
3. In the Tournaments section filter tournaments for the category you need to enter. (Juniors, Open, Vets)
4. Once filtered click on the tournament name.
5. The tournament detail page will be on your screen.
6. Scroll down this page and click on "Show me the entry options"
7. The next page will ask you to verify your email address, province and tennis club. Fill in the relevant information and click on save in the bottom left corner of the white page. If you cannot find the button zoom out your internet browser or make your text size smaller. Once you have done this you will find the save button and save this page. If you have updated your information in the last 30 days this screen will not show.
8. Now the tournament entry page will be on your screen. Enter the age group and click "Enter event". If red text appears at the bottom of your screen saying "must have tournament type membership" this means that the membership will be expiring before the tournament starts or has expired already. Please renew the membership and proceed to enter the tournament.
9. Once you have entered the event you will have a green block on the right of your screen with your payment reference for the tournament. This is the new reference used for all payments and will change for every tournament you enter.
Payment Options:
You are now able to pay for all tournaments and memberships on our website via the credit card facility.
1. This section can be accessed by clicking on Members on the Menu bar. Under the profile details you will find the Payment Center.
2. You are still able to pay via EFT or direct deposit. Please note that all proof of payments need to be faxed to 086 627 0904
